- Two versions are made at the same time; if only one comes out you get that one and the track is counted once

This refund policy covers paid tracks on AI Diss Track (aidisstrack.app). The lyrics and the 30-second preview are free, so you can hear how a track sounds before you pay. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which pays any refund back to the card or wallet you used.
Tracks that have been delivered
A full track that has been delivered isn't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. That's why the free preview exists: it's the first 30 seconds of the very track you'd buy, so you know what you're paying for.
When a track doesn't come out
- A track fails on our side (the model times out, the audio is missing): it isn't counted, and it goes back on your code automatically.
- The music model refuses the lyrics (its safety filter turns them down): we reword the lyrics and try again. If it still refuses, the track isn't counted.
- Only one of the two versions comes out: you get the one that worked and the track is counted once.
Remakes and refunds for faulty tracks
If every version you got says the name wrong, cuts off, or has another obvious fault, email hello@aidisstrack.app within 14 days with your code (or the share link). We'll remake the track for free or refund that track.
Unused tracks and missing codes
If you bought a pack and haven't made a single track from it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you paid but never received your code, write to us and we'll send it or refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@aidisstrack.app with your code or the email address you paid with. We reply within a few working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake. See also the terms of service and pricing.
